COVERGIRL (aka BREEZE)

11 year old, 15.3 h, bay, registered appendix quarter horse mare. Started late but has advanced quickly. Solid novice level event horse, schooling training level. Extremely adjustable, bold and honest. Does water, banks, ditches. Very stylish mover, strong jumper, schooling second level dressage, has half-pass and flying changes on a line. Nice collection and extension at trot and canter. With a skilled partner has the potential for upper level dressage, eventing or jumpers. Finishes consistently in the top placings in dressage competitions and eventing. For a quiet, educated rider only.

HALIE:

Darla's ex-event horse. 15.3 hand, bay Thoroughbred mare. 19 years old. A grand teacher for dressage, jumping, and especially cross country. She is still competitive for the lower levels. At 15 Halie qualified for the American Eventing championships at training level. She jumps anything. She is our cross-country machine.

TABASCO

16 hand, 10 year old, chestnut Thoroughbred gelding. An up and coming event competitor who has already been shown at the lower levels by students. He has been in the ribbons every competition, with 2 wins at intro and easy beginner novice. He is developing awesome movements in dressage and has incredible scope jumping. Schooling novice, he is ready for an advanced beginner to intermediate rider to soar on. He will begin eventing with Darla in 2008 and will stay in continuous training.

Lease Horses (per month)

Half lease of school horse $ 300.00 (allows for 3 rides per week)

Full lease of a school horse $ 550.00 (unlimited use)

Beautiful, sweet, powerful 11 year old, 16 h., chestnut, registered TB gelding. Started late but developing well. Eventer, jumper. Showing beginner novice, scope for upper levels. Built to event and jump. Won first place in first event with beginner amateur. Good placings with amateurs and professional. Jumps 3’ with ease, will go much higher. Does water, banks and ditches effortlessly. Loves to run and jump. Schooling first level dressage with even tempo. Strong, very forward. Has great work ethic and wants a rider to continue his training and take him big in either eventing or jumpers.
