Darla and her team are also working on a new video/DVD training series for the self-schooling rider. Over the last year many of her clients continued to comment in lessons that no one had even covered the subject/subjects she was teaching, nor attempted to explain the how's and why's. It was actually quite amazing to Darla and after being pressured by her clients, the decision was made to produce the training series. Each tape/DVD is going to be comprised of basic and fundamental elements that will help any horse and rider combination from beginner on up, western, english, hunter, jumper, dressage and also the casual rider and the trail rider. Everyone will be able to benefit.
An additional DVD will be produced this spring for the first time eventer, and will be in conjunction with a USEA registered event, the organizers, judges and competitors.
The entire series will be available here on the website and through other venues, plus they will be available in book form for easy reference. Keep a look-out for the series and be prepared to enjoy your horse more and find a new level of strength and confidence in your abilities.
INSTRUCTION
Darla welcomes anyone to come by and watch a lesson or ask questions. She also encourages owners to watch her work their horse during their training sessions. The more the owner/rider understands about what she is teaching their horse, the better they will be able to continue the same style and strategies with their horse to achieve the same results. And that's the whole goal of Darla's training...to see the rider achieve the ultimate with their horse.
